Hilton Garden Inn Surat City Centre

I stayed for 2 nights between 24-26 Feb2025. Pros: 1) Rooms are good and ambience was nice. Room charge of 7500/- for a night justifies it. 2) Staff helped with safeguarding our luggage in the morning and we check-in later in the day. Cons: 1) Breakfast at hotel is 1000 + taxes with very limited options in the spread. Not worth it. Hence, we (group of business travelers) ate outside during our entire stay. 2) Dinner also we ate outside as there is no buffet and Ala carte prices are way too costly. 3) Our Check-in for 3 folks took 30 to 45 minutes time and room key card was not working. We again had to comeback to get it activated. 4) All folks at reception seemed too concerned about how our stay was and others etc.. while checking out - not during any part of our visit and here i am sharing genuine unbiased feedback. Entry is invisible. It will take time for getting familiar and request hotel management to work on above points. If not for location, I would prefer staying in Marriott since prices are almost same.

Hospitality was excellent !! The rooms are well furnished with all amenities required for a comfortable stay.|The ambience of the lobby & the restaurant was also excellent. I lived the breakfast, the spread could be more.||The staff are well trained and articulate. Special mention of Mr. Mulunda, who was extremely prompt on taking care of necessities with extremely polite & good behaviour. All other staff in restaurant, housekeeping, front desk etc are also well trained with all smiling faces.||I and my family loved our stay & hoping to come back soon.||All the best to all !!

This hotel was recently opened in the last eight days. My experience with all staff and facility was amazing… I traveled a long way from the United States and found this hotel to be one of a beautiful property. Food was wonderful and had plenty of.|The hospitality of the dining staff and front desk team was very professional and extremely kind. My visit started with the welcoming of the bell staff. I was then greeted by Umaer and Jeet-Hotel Front Desk Managers. I was extremely impressed with the interaction of Nitin, executive chef and Amit, dining manager. I had an incredible evening dining experience. My prawn plated with rice and vegetables was incredible, the best I have ever had …the food was very tasty with much flavor. I would certainly recommend any family or business professionals seeking a comfortable stay you would not be disappointed, selecting this hotel and restaurant. Thank you for this experience.

Had an amazing experience at Hilton!..The food was absolutely delicious, and the service was top-notch. Mr Amit and Mr Nitin the chef made sure that we are comfortable and the food was according to our choice….The ambiance was warm and inviting, making it the perfect place for a great meal. Had an amazing stay at Hilton Garden Inn, Surat! The accommodation was superb, offering great comfort and luxury. Tremendous feeling at Surat with the staff of hilton and the person called amit Srivastava and vishwanath including all staff are very cooperative especially this two names taking care a lot. The best thing of hotel is tea it was amazing.. thankyou team hilton
