OYO Flagship Hotel Royal Inn

If you are in room number 411 , beware the bathroom locker can't work from inside. Thanks god that we were two persons in the room, else single one may get trapped in bathroom unknowingly. Service zero, coordination zero and no ventilation in the room. No hot water, water suplly went off within 2 hrs of our stay. Worst experience please don't think of entering in this hotel. And don't get fooled by the profile pictures too.

There is no Proper service, nor ventilation in room and neither there is any coordination between owner n staff. We reached at 2 am n till 3am they didnt give us any room. We pay online n when we reached there is no empty room. Bathroom are too small. And lack of hygiene

One of the worst hotel to stay in surat.. As the person on reception charged us more than what was shown to us online app... As we were couple and reached late night.. So had to take it.... No clean room... No amenties are there which are mentioned online.... I would prefer to spend my night on train station other than staying here... Very unsecured place

Worst stay I ever had in an oyo. the Bedsheet has literally dust on it. i check in at 4 in the morning. and it really was and unpleasant experience. The room did not match the photos. the toilet was very dirty. it had hair on the floor. plus the manger was trying to get more money saying the I stayed longer than my check out time. then i had to show him the agreement to prove him wrong. this type of property shouldn't be registered under the name of oyo. the room looked like a 20 year old guest house that hadn't be cleaned since then.

Showing pictures of other property and when you reach there they demand more money to confirm the booking. Their room are very dirty, toilet seats and basin are broken.

First time I booked hotel on OYO and had very bad experience for hotel Royal inn Surat. Shown good property while booking and while staying it is very wrost property. I will never book from you.

Not much good place. Cleanliness they don't know. But got water facility is available Location is in 4th floor but not easily accessible. Very congested place to reach the hotel.

WORST EVER HOTEL. NEVER EVER BOOK HERE. YOU WILL REPENT. HOTEL IS ON ONE BUILDING AND ELEVATOR ON ANOTHER BUILDING. IT IS VERY CONFUSING. THE STAIRCASE IS FILTHY DIRTY, FULL OF SPIT AND PAN PEEK. THE HOTEL ROOMS ITSELF ARE DIRTY. DON'T GO BY THE PICTURES. PLUS THE HOTEL OWNER DIDN'T ALLOW ME ENTRY EVEN THOUGH I HAD DONE ONLINE BOOKING. THEY GAVE SOME LAME EXCUSES. FIRST THEY SAID SHOW RTPCR, WHEN I SHOWED THEM RTPCR, THEY SAID ROOM IS NOT AVAILABLE. ON TOP OF THAT ON CANCELLING THE BOOKING THEY CHARGED ME 900. WOW! THEY THEMSELVES DIDN'T GIVE ME ROOM, AND THEY WON'T LET ME CANCEL FOR FREE ALSO. WHAT THE HELL. I URGE YOU OYO GUYS, THIS HOTEL IS GIVING YOU A LOT OF BAD REPUTATION. BLACKLIST THIS HOTEL FROM YOUR APP.
