Nice stay, but the family room is on the 4th floor (top floor) , narrow stairs. For luggage the care takers will help you. May be noisy due to the honking of vehicles at night. Hot water is available in the morning.

The service is superb here and hence can be given five star rating. Staff help very well in hospitality. Facilities are great and the cost is within budget. Location is also very good. Room is comfortable, even though a little smaller in size. We had a nice and simple stay without any problem.
