SPOT ON 45012 Tirupati Residency Hotel

Rooms are good, clean. Just infront of platform 1 of surat railway station. Good service , hot water 24 hrs. Ac rooms in reasonable rate. Staff behavior is also good. Need to climb stairs to reception then they have lift available for all floors, but staff will pick your luggage till reception and even till room. Overall it was good.

I recently stayed at Tirupati Residency Hotel in Surat, and my experience was extremely disappointing. The rooms were small, poorly maintained, and had an unpleasant smell that made the stay uncomfortable. For the price charged, the amenities and service were far from justifiable. The staff was uncooperative and unhelpful with most requests, which added to the frustration. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a pleasant and hassle-free stay.

As per office staff they dont allow customers to use washroom in the case of emergency pathetic behaviour by staff in surat.

This is a budget hotel for the business travellers who stays not more than 3 days. It is just opposite side of Surat Railway exit gate so travellers can easy to reach here. Double bed AC room is sufficient but the bath room is too narrow and small. Room service and behaviours of staff are so good.

Pros: 1. Walkable distance from Surat Railway Station 2. Clean and hygiene room 3. Supportive staff 4. lots of food options nearby if you need Cons: 1. very noisy 2. no complimentary service

Great experience to stay here, Nearby both, railway station and Bus stand. Clean and hygiene room also helpful staff, always ready to serve you.
