Hotel Diamond Plaza

Horrible services , room has typical dam smell.. Lift too small only 3 ppl at a time .. I would not recommend. Nothing basic things kept in hotel Towels such things are dirty n old No renovation

Just want to share experience of stay with this hotel One word very patetic The staff specially the manager Mr sharma doesn't have any etiquette to how to deal with customer He spk typically like jhoparpati N I was force to pay the full amount whn I told I will chkout for not providing basic service Guys think twice before booking this hotel

It's a very good place to stay in Surat the location is perfect if you come to surat to do shopping, the staff was very friendly and welcoming i didn't face any problem with my stay at diamond plaza i would definitely recommend it to others and this place is going to be my go to place in Surat to stay.

Worst experience while stay at this hotel. This hotel is near to station,, apart from location other amenities and services are worst. You can’t stay here with your family…also not advisable for any corporate stay. A big example of unhygienic environment. We found bedsheets having dirty stains, spitting walls within the room, unfavourable fragrance all over. Earlier we planned to stay for 2 nights but very next morning we shifted to another hotel as felt a horrible stay. Not recommended for stay here. Also, they are charging too costly. Some people were also smoking just outside at hotel gate…please don’t misjudge with the pics that hotel has posted over different sites. Rating should be below one star.

Absolutely horrible service, rooms promised was large ended up with small room and very congested, charged us large sum for 2 person room. Service manager at desk was a liar, didn’t provide us large however charged us for large room. Also no hot water first day, rooms were dusty and floors were dirty as well. Bathroom horrible. I wouldn’t recommend stay at this hotel. It doesn’t justify any of there amenities as promised. Would Never visit this site again.
