I recently hired a room for fresh-up. Room Cleanness is good but the bathroom is a very bad Condition. Even the staff is very Rude to say "Aisa hi Hain". I even found a Used Condom in the bathroom after I checked in the room. No Sefty for Family. No More Words to Say No GST bill.... Even I was Surprised 80% Review from Females Only..... We made a mistake to book a hotel and hotel tie-up with Feb Hotel what a Selection.

Very bad. Water dripping from the bathroom tap. No towels, no soap. He had to recover a towel from a different room. No soap to take a shower. They ran out of soap. Can't believe how they have 4.8 stars.

Fraud chain of hotel . Doing double booking...after doing online payment 20 days back and booked room..when I reached they told no room available as they reserved for other guest and when I insisted they offered to give room for one night and check out next day..we two female one is my mom aged 75 with surgery stranded at night struggling how and where to go ..Left the hotel and still waiting for my refund money ..customer care number not working ..email complain did but no action till now. Fraud chain of hotels ..greed of making double money don't last for long. Remember that..Give my refund..Without any stay in hotel
