Collection O 45131 Rajgreen Celebration VIP Rd

Most dreadful, ill mannered and rudest hotel I've ever stayed in. We were transferred here from another bad OYO hotel, to find the rooms were not cleaned, had blood stains or sheets, and hair all over the bed and floor. Group of 60 with the same issue. 5 hrs later being told the issues would be resolved and only getting a key to the room at midnight I found the balcony door would not close. I was told this was designed to be like this! Then they admitted they couldn't close it and could not move me. Behind the hotel there is construction work ongoing until 11pm so the noise is pretty intense. Don't expect any sleep. I left the hotel with no support given and a manager who told me there's nothing wrong with any of the rooms.

Very poor service got by hotel rajgreens celebration. Oyo has certified this hotel as collection O. Booked this hotel only because of this collection O certificate. But got worst experience. It is better to book cheaper hotel costs 400-500rs. They give better service compared with this hotel. Set-top box not working... (unresolved during stay) Taken bath with cold water at night. Not providing hot water facility in night... Water leakage problem... WiFi facility is not usable...

Not providing hot water facility in night... Washroom not cleaned properly and water problem Drinking water was not clean Don’t waste your money

One of the worst services ever. We had booked rooms for our guests, and made special arrangements in the rooms. However, when the guests arrived at midnight, we got to know that the hotel had given one of those rooms to someone else already, without taking back the arrangements we had made in the room. Additionally, despite us making the full payment in advance, they asked guests to pay ₹5,800 at the time of checkout, in our absence. We got to know this 3 days after checkout. Absolutely the worst experience one could have.

Giving 1 star cause the interiors and cleanliness is good. No other positives.. No cable TV as they haven't paid for subscription No hot water Cards for door won't work most of the time Very slow service. Ask for a plate during lunch and they'll get it to you by dinner time Kitchen closed during lunch so you have to order in No drinking water provided

Wish there was a half star rating option available. Worst hotel experience. It took the hotel staff about 2 hours to give us drinking water (non-mineral). They have absolutely no facilities here.

Very very poor service.. during checkout no person available for luggage, if you ask anything such as towel, change of bedsheet as it was dirty, no soap available so ask for a soap, we will get it after an hour or so.. that also half things.. other half they dont have.. Overall very unhappy with this service..

Quality of the room is very good and within by budget. Reception staff are very co operative, Room service is excellent and toilets are maintained very well.
