Meridian Hotel and Banquet

Value hotel at great price. Good bed, clean bedsheets and clean washroom. Room is small but has all features including tv and fridge. Washroom has Hair dryer. Location depends upon your own use case for us, it was great.

AVOID! Absolutely terrible experience here leaving the only good thing being the time I left. The check it was quickly thought despite no one speaking English, once we get to our room we noticed how dusty it was, and I’m not exaggerating, i usually walk shoeless indoor and this could not be the case. Ok we dealt with it and ever since that we couldn’t spend an hour without finding out something wrong with the room, ceiling fan wasn’t properly attached, bathroom flooded every time I tried to shower, a terrible smell in the room probably coming from the surrounding area being full of garbage and heces. At least you get a free alarm when a buch of disrespectful people wakes you up by yelling and making noises out in the corredor every morning AVOID!!!

Hotel hi good but bhargav patel your night manager is cheap, disgusting, mannersless, unprofessional,liar, thief. He cheats us and take unnecessary money. He waste my 2 hour at 4 AM

Very bed hotel room not clean flush not working properly and room is so bed ,do not visit in hotel in my personal experience 😔

The venue was impressive with its elegant design and spacious banquet hall. The staff was professional and attentive, ensuring the event's success. The catering service was exceptional, offering delicious food and prompt service. The amenities and facilities provided were top-notch. The convenient location and ample parking were a plus. I highly recommend Meridian Hotel and Banquet Surat Vesu for any event you plan to host.

Clean & amazing service. The staff here needs a special mention than the rooms. Mr Durgesh went an extra mile to ensure my team and I were extra comfortable. He was prompt, responsible and highly trust worthy. Meeting the GM, Mr Baxi was also a treat. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and realised that Gujarat is all about having a big heart and warm hospitality.

Stayed in Dec end 2022(around Christmas). The rooms are good. Breakfast is good for guests. Kind people. The major problem I faced was that they never gave me a proper soft or hard copy of the bill. I paid via UPI. Contacted them 10+ times. It's been a month and yet still they haven't sent any bill to me. Today 31 Jan 2023 Btw the walls are so thin you can hear the TV and people talking from the room next to you. I was not able to sleep. The neighbors were so noisy even at 2:30 am. Some guys booked a room next to ours from an online website. 🤦‍♂️ Very disappointed with this treatment. Never going to stay here ever. Edit: as on Feb 1 2023 received the bill today. They finally decided to notice after yesterday's review. Thanks anyway Meridian Hotel. Suggestions: You guys are kind people. Please don't treat your customers this way. Humble request. 🙏🏼
