Not upto the mark... Food service was good, but basic amenities were missing. TV was there, but as always, wasn't working. Shower wasn't working, even a bucket wasn't there in the bathroom. Had to ask at the reception for one. Even then, the attitude that was shown by the person who was asked to give a bucket to my room was very bad. It felt like I'll have to beg him to provide me with some basic amenities which wasn't acceptable till any point, whatsoever.

It is low budget hotel and for the price it is really comfortable and gives all the amenities expected. It exceeded my expectations for this price range. For the room I was alloted the bathroom could benefit from more cleaning. In the main room found it to be cleaned and well arranged. The directions going inside could be better highlighted. Overall pleased with my overnight stay.

The rooms were clean, hygienic and very comfortable. Decent food not far from city. Good for leisure or business traveller on budget. The staff was friendly and helpful. I definitely think this review will help to make right choice..

My booking was included free brakefast but not available . Very dirty rooms Service is not at all good Waste of money . This is not expected from Feb hotels

The hotel is good on the top floor of the mall. They converted it to a hotel. Rooms are good and spacious. Good built and good bathroom. But need them To be maintained and kept clean. Which I did not like it was dirty. And also an advice to the manager. Pls don't be so short tempered. It really affects ur reputation.

Hotel is on top floor of esspace. Rooms are big enough with large bathroom. But rooms seems to be old, with bad smell. Beds are big enough but blankets are of very bad quality. The place is having many restro and cafe surrounding. You can enjoy in Domino's, fat tiger, junglee multicusine restro and many more . Area is so much good. Hotel rooms need to be improved. Price is also fair.

Very Disappointed totally Illiterate staff sitting at reception. I booked this Hotel through OYO. Also got my booking confirmed. But on visiting arrival date. They denied me checkin, as they are saying 'No room available' and in very rude manner. No support or help they have provided. I just request OYO that this hotel destroying their trust. Please take strict action on this Hotel. Please avoid this hotel at any cost.
