Zip by Spree Hotels Surat

Everything is excellent. Service and quality of food in good. Liked the rooms, cleanliness and the linen was good quality. Very important they served filtered coffee which satisfied my thrust early morning. Really enjoy the stay at Spree hotel.

The room was spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated, with all the amenities we could ask for. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep.The hotel's facilities were good, especially enjoyed the delicious breakfast buffet. Overall, stay exceeded our expectation

I wish I could give an overall Zero stars. The lobby was stinky, there was no open air ventilation or AC in the lobby and corridors. I asked the receptionist to show me the washroom but she said you can go and use one in the room but did not hand me over the key card till over next 10 minutes, receptionist was unable to operate the card machine, on asking multiple times about the readiness of room she didn't even have the courtesy to show us the room. Inside the room basic toilet paper was unavailable. The washroom's vent was not functional neither was the so called Fan they have given. The room was duct facing, on opening the window of the room there were at least 20 cigarette butts, so you can imagine the level of cleaning and hygiene they maintain. The blanket and bedsheet had some kind of stains. The male on the reception was extremely rude and couldn't even provide one whole toilet roll on asking multiple times. He sent a half used one with the loose end glued to the other. The fan was not functional, on asking why the male receptionist said that is made in China and works or doesn't work on it's own. On asking a proper explanation he disconnected the call. Later he came to the room to show us another room till when I had decided to checkout and go to another hotel. Thank god the card machine wasn't working or else I would have had to stay there for three days.

I strongly advise against staying at this hotel. The actual conditions are far from what the photos depict. The room was filthy and had an unpleasant odor, and the bathroom was also dirty. No toiletries were provided, and despite multiple requests, they were never supplied. With many other hotels in the area, I recommend choosing a different one and avoiding this place entirely.

Its been a very nice experience with Zip.|Wonderful service and very kind people someone must visit. I went very first time with my Wife they provide me Wonderful service and best environment I ever seen before thanks all for it!! Especially thanks to Mr.Pratik and Mr.Swapnil who gave us smooth checkin and a good room along with all the amenities.they made us feel like home.thank you will visit again.

I stayed on 19th September, it was horrible experience. There was no water in flush & to complain there was no live line in phone, no comb. To pay the bill he was not having the paper roll in machine so I asked I don’t need print but he didn’t agreed, I said please give me UPI but receptionist said that it has same problem - I asked to call his manager or higher authority but he was sleeping at 8am so in this scenario I arranged for cash and came out of this place.
