Four Points by Sheraton Vadodara

We liked the hotel for its location, cleanliness but most of all for the Staff service. Manami at front desk was amazing in accommodating our requests getting our feedback. Very respectful, responsive and pleasant staff made our experience so easy. The breakfast buffet was good with freshly prepared food the staff serving in the restaurants were great. Will definitely stay again at this hotel.

Had a very pleasant stay at the hotel. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well maintained, providing a relaxing atmosphere throughout my stay. I recently stayed and had a wonderful experience. The rooms were clean and well-maintained. The location was perfect, with easy access to nearby attractions. What truly made my stay memorable was the exceptional service provided by the staff, especially Yesha. She was extremely helpful, courteous, and went above and beyond to ensure my comfort. *I had a wonderful stay at Four Points by Sheraton.* The food was excellent—fresh, flavorful, and offered with great variety. The overall service throughout my stay was smooth, efficient, and always with a smile. A special mention to *Ms. Divya*, whose kindness and helpful nature truly stood out. She went out of her way to make sure I felt comfortable and well looked after. The room service was great, so was the food. However, the reception/lobby staff were irresponsible and unprofessional. The floor manager even shouted at a woman (customer) and has anger management issues. The checkout was delayed by 40 minutes because of delays in billing while the payment was cleared the night before the checkout. Make no mistake, the amenities and the food are excellent. Four Points just needs to educate their staff on how to deal with customers. Room service people have pushed me to give a review earlier, insisting on it. Maybe that can be avoided too. Most of the people who mentioned someone's name were being pushed with a Google scanner.

I had a truly wonderful stay at this hotel over the past week. The room were clean, well maintained, and equipped with all necessary things that required daily providing comfort throughout my stay. The housekeeping staff did an excellent job every day, ensuring a fresh and relaxing environment. Also the staff was always ready to assist me well so it make me feel well taken care of. I would suggest this hotel to anyone looking for a pleasant and hassle free stay.

I had come here for the buffet spread (dinner), loved the spread, lot of options especially meat options which is usually neglected at most 3/4 star hotel buffets (I have tried all of them). I liked this buffet more than other similar hotels in the city, both in terms of taste and spread. Only wish they included coffee in their buffet package (they have all types of beverage exclusion policy in buffet). And yes, they also include ice cream on request. Divya from the restaurant staff was especially helpful and proactive with our requirements. And overall service and replenishment of the buffet from the team was also good.

Overall, my stay at Four Points by Sheraton Vadodara was pleasant. The staff was courteous and helpful, and the property is well located close to both the airport and railway station. The buffet breakfast and dinner were definitely highlights of the stay. Good spread with lots of variety and everything was fresh and tasty. Special thanks to Mohini and Raju at the restaurant for their excellent service and attentiveness. The only downside I found was the room size. The rooms are quite compact with limited walking space, which may feel a bit cramped if you’re staying longer or with family. All in all, a good experience with excellent food and hospitality.
