I had 8 days of a very comfortable and memorable stay here. More than anything, what stood out was the incredible support, kindness, and professionalism of the staff. They truly made the experience special, and I deeply appreciate the effort each of them put in. A special shoutout to the team members across departments: • Sakila, Jaimini, Roni, Amisha – for keeping everything spotless and welcoming. • Atharv, Meeraj, Jaideep – for their warm assistance and smooth check-in/check-out. • Sampa, Supia, Anjum, Aniket, Lachen, Arun, Chandraraj – for their attentive service and genuine care. • Dinesh – for quick response of maintenance support. Thank you all for going the extra mile and making my stay so enjoyable. Highly recommended!

My recent stay at Hotel Regenta Inn, Vadodara was a very disappointing experience. At first glance, the reception area looks nice and gives you a good impression, but the moment you move towards the rooms, everything changes. The rooms were not neat or properly maintained, and there was a bad smell in the lift and passage areas. The air-conditioning doesn’t work in the corridors, making it uncomfortable, especially in hot weather. The reception staff were not polite or welcoming, which added to the unpleasant experience. The food quality was very poor and nowhere close to the standards you expect from a reputed hotel chain. Overall, once you leave the reception area, it feels like you’re staying in a small village lodge rather than a city hotel. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone.

Disappointing Experience I really don’t understand how this hotel is rated as a 4-star property. Many 3-star hotels offer far better service and comfort. The hospitality is extremely poor — there is no guard at the gate, the receptionist is unwelcoming, and no staff are available to help with luggage or take room service orders. The rooms are in bad condition, with old interiors, poor maintenance, and small, uncomfortable mattresses. It definitely doesn’t feel like a 4-star hotel at all.

My stay at regenta inn was truly delightful.the room was spacious.clean and well - maintained.providing a comfortable experience.the staff were courteous.attentive .and always ready to assist. We recently had our Freshers’ Event at Regenta Banquet Hall and were extremely pleased with the experience. The venue was well-maintained, spacious, and created the perfect ambiance for our celebration. Special thanks to Mr. Kalpesh Rathod (F & B Manager) for his excellent coordination and support, which ensured the event ran smoothly. We also appreciate Chef Pradeep for serving delicious, well-curated food that was loved by all our guests. Overall, the arrangements, hospitality, and service exceeded our expectations.

We had a Fresher's party at Regenta Inn today, for which Mr.Kalpesh Rathod coordinated all the services, negotiations and food arrangements as well as music. It was a great experience and we recieved great feedback from the people attending the party. Everything was smoothly facilitated and Mr. Kalpesh provided assistance whenever needed. We definitely would like to hold more of our events at Regenta Inn.
