I recently had an appalling experience at Hotel Pearl that I must share to save others from making the same mistake. The front desk staff is an absolute disgrace and completely unfit for the hospitality industry. From the moment I arrived, it was clear that they lacked the most basic manners and customer service skills. Their attitude was rude and condescending, making me feel unwelcome and as if I was an inconvenience rather than a valued guest. Simple questions were met with eye rolls and snappy, unprofessional replies. The staff seemed to have no training or knowledge on how to handle guests with respect and courtesy. The lack of professionalism and sheer rudeness at the front desk overshadowed any positive aspects of the hotel. It was shocking to see how little regard they had for customer satisfaction. Hotel management needs to take immediate action and train their staff properly or risk losing business. I strongly advise anyone considering a stay at Hotel Pearl to think twice. Don’t waste your money and patience on a place where you’re treated poorly from the very start. There are plenty of other hotels where the staff actually understands the meaning of hospitality.

I had a pleasant stay at this hotel! The location was excellent, making it easy to explore the surrounding area. The rooms, although a bit compact, were clean and comfortable. What truly stood out was the exceptional service from the staff. They were incredibly cooperative, friendly, and attentive to our needs. Overall, I had a wonderful experience and would recommend this hotel to others.

This place is the worst place in hotel services. Staffs are very narrow minded. If checking in ..... please check out in your presence else staff will bring defective item and say you did it.

Recently I stay at hotel pearl for 2 days.there services are very Good and the all the people who are working their are behaviour in a very good manner and the receptionist nature is best and its very much safe specially for girls.thank u so much.

Our group of 15 people had stayed here. Even though the hotel looked a bit shady at the first glance, the rooms were actually spacious and comfortable. Even the Breakfast was fine. We just see stayed one night here but the experience was good. This hotel actually should be stated as 3 star hotel as it is much better than other 2 stars. Overall an affordable hotel with great service. 👍
