After booking a room online at the entry of hotel, person says there are no room available it's booked for next 4 days....it is disappointing to see online they accept booking and in presence they simply refuse...if you ever travel and you are tired...think again to book here..you need to call them first then you need to confirm...by online booking they don't give any clearity

Fraud! Worst service and non cooperative staff. If you’re booking through OYO you would be sent back from the gate itself stating they do not accept booking from OYO. Unhygienic and unclean rooms. Rats roaming all around

Worst hotel. They don't give refund for cancellation 1 month prior also. Staff is very rude and worst and poor management. Never book this hotel.

The staff did not behave properly when I reached at night around 11.30 pm. I saw the rooms and the staff agreed on the room rate of Rs. 1200/- per room. After confirming the same, I came again with family and luggage and he suddenly increased the amount from Rs.1200/- to 1500/- which I don't like. Hence I decided not to book the room and went out. Can I treat that there is no price of tongue mouth of the staff? The management should take care of it.

A good option to stay in budget. Clean rooms nice bed, cooperative staff overall a good experience. They don't have restaurant inside but you can order nearby from room itself and delivery is surprisingly fast. Although rooms are small but good for this budget. They need to take care of bathrooms cleanliness. Hotel is at 3rd floor and you have a lift to reach there. One more cons is you can not get service before 8, As the hotel staff get up at 7.45 Anyway you can enjoy stay here.

Would give minus rating if possible. Had booked 3 rooms, all very shabby & dirty. No basic things in rooms. They control heater and AC switches from reception. Foul smell in washrooms. Water is chargeable. No restaurant. Receptionists sleep on the floor at night. Through Oyo app, rated themselves 5 star.

Good hotel in budget range in Sama Vadodara area. Stayed for one night and no any external disturbance. TV is working but no one can get sports channel in oyo rooms. Room and toilet are very clean and service was also good. One can get any kind of food easily even from outside as various kinds of restaurants available around the hotel. dominos, MacDonald, Sunway etc are also very near to hotel and Food court is just opposite to the hotel.

Room size is good, staff is friendly and polite but cleanliness is not up to the standards. Rooms dont have a closets for luggage. Windows are dirty and bit broken too.
