Hotel Rainbow

A good hotel for a stay as it is very near to the railway station. The rooms and washrooms are very well maintained and clean. In house kitchen is available which serves light snacks along with beverages.

We stayed here on AC rooms for 1 night our experience rooms were not that much clean. Found 1 bed bug, few cockroaches at night. Also slight bad odour. TV remotes not working properly. Fan we have to manually rotate once. Few taps are not proper. Door lock issue. Seems basic maintenance is not done. Hot water available only from morning 5:30 am to 10:30 am if you have to leave earlier then it will be difficult for you. At last even if you book a room for 1 person and in case if another person joins at checkin they will not inform but during checkout they will charge an additional amount and they will charge not by room but by person reason was it is an industrial area hence they will charge per person. It is an OYO hotel after reaching we came to know seeing the board. It is in 7th floor but lift is available. Only best thing :- Nearby station. House staff were very good. Overall stay was ok. But charges were high since nearby hotels were very cheap.

For Rooms & Service: i wanted to give a "3.5 star rating" but option is not available. (Only reason i didnt give a full 5 is because there were some stains from inside the white sheet in side blanket). - So it is advisible to get your own blanket or whatever you need to cover your body at night while you sleep. Location of this hotel is excellent since its just 5 minutes from Vadodara Station (From Platform No 1 side). Only issue is that its on 7th floor. So any one will need to use a lift. (Hotel needs to sort out issue with Lift: Many times its open or 1 lift is closed and only 1 is working) But when i called at reception they sorted out the issue. So thanks. You can read my last review given a year ago below in which i had mentioned about Issue faced with Hot water early in Morning. This time in Feb 2024 they provided me with Hot water at 5 AM which helped me a lot to caryy out my further activities with ease. So Thanks a lott. However in evening there was a issue with Hot water. I had asked one of the person at counter for hot water at 5: 45 pm, he said it will come in 1 hour . So at around 7:10 pm i cheked and there was no hot water. So i had to inform the person at counter and Thankfully. He provide me same. So only thing i would advise and request the hotel owner and management is that Hot water availability must be proper since early morning till atleast 10-11 pm in night. Apart from this beds were comfortable. I didnt use AC/TV so cant say much. Bathrooms were clean. But plz improve the quality of flush. As at times the dirt does'nt get flushed even after repeatedly flushing. So one has to pour buckets of water for same. Hopefull when i come there next time will have much better experience.

Neat and clean rooms. Very close to the railway station. No noise pollution and good room service. Reasonable price as well.
