FabExpress Kalyan - Hotel in Sayajiganj, Vadodara

The rooms were average but clean. They don't have geyser but provide hot water through central boiler directly in rooms. Washroom had leaky flush and faucet. Service - rude and uncooperative staff. Felt unwelcomed on the first instance itself.They do check their documents seriously,but it is not necessary to be a cbi/cid officer while check in.A polite request for documents would be enough from their side. Location -5 mins walk from vadodara station and gsrtc boroda central bus stand . Advice for booking - I booked for 1500/day. Try to find a deal of around 1000-1200/day, if they don't oblige better search for another place..not worth 1.5k/day

I booked Hotel for my Sister and her Husband. Worst / Terrible / Dreadful/ experience ever. I would like to highlight few points. 1. Reception Manager was rude and does not care for customer at all. 2. No lift facility on property all though Property has more then 4 floors. 3. Rooms are durty 4. Bedsheet and pillow covers were dirty and had drains and spots every where. 5. Bathing towel and Face towels were dirty and not washed after used by other guest. 6. Room main door was jammed and even waiter had trouble opening it at first. 7. Cabinets and cupboard in the rooms had too much dust and were not in condition to be used. 8. There were too many mosquitos in hotel everywhere. 9. No parking available. 10. Board of the hotels were not visible at all. Very Hard to find hotel. 11. All though we provided Our Marriage Certificate,Manager kept looking at us suspiciously. 12. Hotel has uploded fake Pics on Make My trip and on Website.

Bathroom had no parapet wall for water stoppage. Entire water use to flow out in room. No water heater in bathroom, you will have to call duty manager and ask him for hot water. He will then started central water heater, post which you will have to wait 15 mins for hot water supply.

Wouldn’t be coming back here again. The property location is OK, but the room and upkeep could be improved. Very dingy lighting and a room full of mosquitoes. Luckily there was parking for my car, but it wasn’t enclosed either.

No cleaned room available when I checked in at 3:00 am, this is second time I took fab hotel both times it is disappointing experience Not recommended.. Very poor service and hygiene is the most concerned Not expected from FAB hotels

Worst experience. The receptionist's behaviour is very rude and arrogant. I have never seen a hotel like this.

Very bad experience Even after advance online booking of 14 peoples. Receptionist misbehaved and the only option left was to cancel the booking .
