One of the Worst Hotel Experiences Ever – Highly Disappointed with Ronaldo Inn I rarely write negative reviews, but Ronaldo Inn left me no choice. This was by far the worst service I’ve ever experienced. Despite coffee being included in the food package, they failed to serve it to the guests. The snacks were served cold, and the spring roll was so bad that I genuinely felt like puking after eating just one. The management was completely uncooperative and unprofessional. After availing services from one of their vendors, the hotel shamelessly backed out and refused to take any responsibility for the event arrangements that were part of an ongoing function. To make things worse, they didn’t even have proper crockery to serve the food. It was an embarrassment in front of our guests and a complete disaster in terms of hospitality. There are plenty of better options available in the same budget, and I strongly recommend going for those instead. Save yourself the hassle, stress, and disappointment – Ronaldo Inn is absolutely not worth it.

I recently traveled to Faridabad for a personal visit and booked this hotel for a two-day stay. Unfortunately, my experience was extremely disappointing due to the substandard services and lack of basic amenities. The flush in the bathroom was not working, there were no towels provided, and neither a kettle nor coffee was available in the room. Additionally, the rooms had a strong unpleasant odor, and the elevator was out of service throughout my stay. To make matters worse, the in-room phone was non-functional, making it impossible to communicate with the staff effectively. What truly added to the unpleasantness was the attitude of the staff, who were not only unhelpful but also displayed rude and dismissive behavior when approached for assistance. Overall, my stay was far from satisfactory, and I would not recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and hassle-free experience."

Superbly pathetic. Rooms are filthy, rude behaviour. No effect on staff there on any complaints guest makes. Guest cant get outside food or drinks and they don’t serve what you want to order from the menu. They allow food from outside of their choice and not the guest :)

Poorest service quality|Poorest Reception|They're super arrogant. The reception person's behaviour is pathetic. Asked him for a room and he clearly denied. He denied MMT booking. Upon multiple requests, he started misbehaving.

Booked my room through Online booking apps, but they denied my booking and forced me to book in offline mode, with higher charges, so next time when you book through online apps, pls call at hotel befor going there that if they will accept your booking or not, it will save your time and efforts, Btw the rooms very okay but the bathroom was very smelly and the washbasin was very small in a unreachable corner where it is impossible to use that basin, and RO water was not provided by the hotel room.

Right from the booking till the end, our experience here during the process of my sister's wedding was amazing. We had two functions here - cocktail party and the weding itself. Earlier, we were confused due to some negative reviews but we went for this hotel right after we tasted their food. First of all, unlike other hotels and farm houses, they didn't make us taste the food in an ongoing party. Instead, they made us sit respectfully in their office and served us the food there itself. The other good part is that the food during the functions was great and hot throughout. Even the decorations were as we desired and asked for. The waiters and their manager, Mr. Anil were very cooperative and didn't let us face any kind of inconvenience. I recommend this place over many other popular names in the area. Good job by their team. I'm really happy with my experience here.

Worst hotel i’ve ever seen in my life… Greedy staff .. tip maangte rehte hain bas.. rooms are very dirty not clean and not spacious as shown in pictures.. Receptionist behaviour is so bad tamiz nahi h baat krne ki.. they will give you smallest rooms to you if your booking is not directly through the hotel… dirty bedsheets broken walls .. ghatiya service and staff..
