Superbly pathetic. Rooms are filthy, rude behaviour. No effect on staff there on any complaints guest makes. Guest cant get outside food or drinks and they don’t serve what you want to order from the menu. They allow food from outside of their choice and not the guest :)

Poorest service quality|Poorest Reception|They're super arrogant. The reception person's behaviour is pathetic. Asked him for a room and he clearly denied. He denied MMT booking. Upon multiple requests, he started misbehaving.

Booked my room through Online booking apps, but they denied my booking and forced me to book in offline mode, with higher charges, so next time when you book through online apps, pls call at hotel befor going there that if they will accept your booking or not, it will save your time and efforts, Btw the rooms very okay but the bathroom was very smelly and the washbasin was very small in a unreachable corner where it is impossible to use that basin, and RO water was not provided by the hotel room.

Pathetic receptionist very rude and greedy and worst condition of the rooms no soap or toiletries provided and everyone force you for tip and very bad service no cleaning very unhygienic placee Never ever waste your money for this gunda staff and owner and receptionist and very rudee owner bhatia greedy person and found hidden camera in the room but owner denied the fact and ask to call their gundas Never ecer stay in this property not recommended

Very bad experience, I will gonna raise consumer complain against the hotel, they have charged 40rs plus tax for water bottle that had MRP of 20rs and that 20rs itself has tax included. Overall very bad experience of that hotel.

Very bad behaviour by the receptionist… they don’t give you clean room if your booking is not directly through the hotel. Rooms are not like that as shown in pictures… Laalchi staff everyone is asking for a tip. Dirty bedsheets broken walls… Madarchod staff.. i will not recommend this hotel to anyone.

very bad experience.. last minute booking cancel ... Also very poor hotel given by oyo rooms... don't trust this hotel... i will not get back my money back.. against cancel booking by oyo rooms...
