A couple of days I stay there. I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were extremely welcoming, polite, and always ready to help. The room was clean, spacious. Housekeeping did a great job in keeping everything neat. Everything was perfect

A perfect stay from start to finish! The staff was always friendly and ready to assist, making us feel truly valued. The room was spacious with a comfortable bed, premium toiletries, and a fantastic view. Breakfast was a treat with fresh pastries, fruits, and hot dishes. The hotel’s elegant ambiance and attention to detail made our trip extra special. I’ll be recommending this to everyone!❤️😇🤗

The hotel is neat and tidy. But the restaurant is horrible with exorbitant rates for simplest of dishes. I was charged Rs 200 for 50 ml of lemon soda, and that too badly made. We Indians have hypocritical values, when we do not object but we bargain hard with a poor rickshaw wala. If we all object, these hotels will stop such a loot. This is unreasonable and unethical. I understand that some prices will be high for the facilities the hotel provides but SO HIGH??? THEY SHOULD BE REPRIMANDED.

Property is good taste is great and service and staff behaviour is also top notch I am cutting 1 star because of power cut issues rest all good. There is continuous Power cut in the property as a result light will go and come quickly but this will be annoying as if you are sleeping or working this will disturb you. I complained this to manager but they said they are helpless for this issue

Hotel staff are highly unorganised no proper service They didn't had checkin details and we had to wait 1 hr 20min at reception Rooms are not so great average room Staff has no class with same price one can book Hotels in aerocity. If u wanna relax or have good time not this place.

I recently stayed in this hotel during my business trip work. This hotel was easily accessible for my work area. The staff at the reception was very cooperative and has good behaviour. The room in which I stayed was good and clean. And tried their breakfast buffet during my stay and it was good enough to fill the stomach. But the staff at restaurant was not trained and professional and also they have limited staff there. I stayed for 4 days, had breakfast everyday and always there was no spoon on the table and in fact I had to take the spoon by myself from the counter. I think they should work on this. Overall good experience 🙂

I recently visited Goldfinch Hotel in Faridabad and was quite disappointed with the overall experience. First off, they do not accept Swiggy Dineout payment mode, which was extremely inconvenient after seeing the restaurant listed on the app. Nowhere was this mentioned beforehand, and the staff gave vague answers when asked. Secondly, while dining, we were constantly bothered by mosquitoes, making it hard to enjoy the food. For a property of this stature, basic hygiene and comfort should be a given, especially in the dining area. Lastly, the manager's attitude left a lot to be desired. Instead of addressing our concerns politely, he seemed dismissive and uninterested. Hospitality should be a priority, but unfortunately, it was lacking during our visit. The food was decent, which is why I'm giving two stars instead of one, but the overall experience did not meet expectations.
