Worst behaviour of people serving in the hotel including receptionist. Even after preinformed early arrival at morning, they will ask for morning charges but no bill Will be provided for that charges. If ladies are there as guest, they won't get any washroom before 11 am. Not recommended for staying any family or officers or any corporate persons.

It was a good experience with The Residency. I suggest to keep a male and a female receptionist with uniform so that it gives a good feeling when you enter the hotel.

A VERY DISAPPOINTING STAY! |I was there for only 1 night and it was a very average hotel! |For a start, the bedroom and washroom both smelt musty and damp and that set off my asthma really bad!! 😐|Secondly, the towels provided were not clean ! |The shower 🚿 was a joke 😃!! Only a weak trickle if that!!|The AC was not working 😕!!|The restaurant was empty with no food or guests to be seen ! |I had to have my breakfast in my room alone ! The aloo Paranthas and masala tea was decent! |The only positive was that upon request they upgraded me to a better room with a view of the main road and a balcony even !|There was NO security guard outside!|Lastly, the receptionist had the audacity to demand a 5 star 🌟 review for this crap hotel!! Wow! I'm shocked !|AVOIDABLE , TO BE HONEST !!

Very nice location and price is also right. I liked their attitude to trust the traveller's by letting them pay after stay. The rooms are big and good and clean.

Its an average hotel. Like Residence converted to hotel. Washrooms are spacious but no shower cabin

Very good hotel, neat and clean, services are excellent. Staff is cooperative. Guddu is brilliant in handling customers. He is very understanding and positive. Location is also nice. Overall a great budget hotel.

I had an exceptional experience at the hotel on Galleria Road. The service was impeccable, and I received extraordinary assistance from Mr. Ram, who went above and beyond to ensure my stay was memorable. Highly recommend this hotel for its outstanding service and the dedication of its staff, especially Mr. Ram.
