Unhygienic room. Quilt cover, pillow cover and bedsheets were not cleaned. Very very basic amenities, not at par of 4 star hotels as they claim it to be. No face towel, dentel kit. Water leaking from washroom. Even the Kettle provided in the room is not clean. Window curtains are also stained. Food is way too oily. Plates and bowls were not clean. Staff members and people at reception are not at all friendly.
