Located in prime location, though in a small street. The hotel is newly constructed, looks fresh painted, new toiletries, and is well maintained, but the walls are hollow, doors & windows have air gap, so has poor thermal and noise isolation. The hotel has tink bit of shady feeling. Would recommend for men, friends groups, but not for couples.

It was an average stay, I had trouble in the first hour of my stay where I was getting late for a meeting but didn't had towels, shower gel or least drinking water. I called thrice at the reception asking for them but there was not any concrete answer but giving lame excuses. In the end I got ready without shower & got late too. I asked for refund but their policy didn't allowed it which I challenged but they didn't had any proper answer. These hotels really need to step up their game & provide the basic amenities required for their guest to stay rather than harassing them over these small things.

Bad customer service and rude staff. They charge extra for utensils and don’t allow outside food now but before they did. And don’t even send the staff for basic needs. Total waste of money. Please don’t book here to ruin your experience.

Worst experience ever. Hotel reception had denied to provide the room as the oyo had provided the offer and I got some extra discount. Oyo customer support also tried to talk to the reception person but they were not ready to provide the room. At last Oyo had provided booking in another hotel. Many other customer was there whose bookings was denied by them. and even to the customers, whose bookings they have accepted, asked to shift to another hotel because of some maintenance issue, but maintenance was going on in the hotel, seems they had provided the rooms to some other customers at higher prices and now they were denying the existing bookings by providing the excuses. Its safe and location is also okay. Couldn't interact with staff much but they also were okay. Dirty bedsheet and duvet cover. Room can be maintained a little well. All in all experience was a just slightly above average.

The place is good for the price. There were some faults in the room like the bathroom door didn't lock properly and bed was a bit uncomfortable. Otherwise: - Great service from staff - Decent food - Pretty close to metro station and cyberhub

I have booked this hotel through Oyo app, booking was confirmed and money has already been paid but after that also checkin has been denied by the hotel manager, even after paying extra money also they haven't allowed the checkin. We called Oyo customer care service , her relationship manager is shifting us in near by oyo property which is worse having 2 star rating. Money still not refunded. You can not order outside food as well in this property as well. Loss of time and money. Hotel manager will ask you to call oyo for resolution but after waiting 2 hours at property, no resolution has been made.
