This hotel was the worst experience I had. Room was full of dust and Mosquito. I woke up because of mosquitoes bites. Just don’t stay at this hotel, you might have worst experience. I booked through Agoda, however they first said they can’t find my reservation even I showed my confirmation of booking. Room was so dirty, everything was messed up. Bathroom was full of shit…

I went there around 7:30 but before that I made a call at the hotel and informed them, I’m coming. First they said that we don’t have rooms and then they said that we can’t give you the room at the price you have booked. They said we will make no show for you and you will get refund. Now they are saying that we do not have tie up with OYO anymore and we can’t help you with refund as well. That was a pathetic experience I faced at the hotel. Now I want refund for my no show. ANYHOW!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Pathetic room and service. The room was really dirty. I requested them to clean, but was unheard. No room service , not even tea was available. Adding the photos of the bathroom. I recommend everyone reading this review not to book room here.

I wish I could give less ratings, They have only one person to do the cleaning and all . I have stayed for long term and during this only two times that too on requesting multiple times they cleaned my room , Uncleaned washrooms ,uncleaned balcony ,linens were not fresh it was having smoke marks .They won't give water . Water pressure in washroom was too low. Ac was not working properly . On complaining the owner ,they behaved rudely . In short ,do not ever book this hotel ,you will thank me for it .

Pathetic experience with Oyo Rooms. I wish I should have not booked this with Oyo. The telecaller convinced me that its a good place within my budget and asked me to prebook the room. Upon arrival at the hotel the staff informed me that they dobt take bookings from Oyo and have delisted their hotel from the website. I jad to book a room for rs 1000 as i had no other place to stay. Over that the room was small and smelly with torn upholstery. They didnt even provide a soap n towel until asked for. The washroom window had no safety window and had a easy access for robbers. Had a power failure at 4.45 am in the morning which was restored after 30 mins post calling the reception person. Lastly, I had to take a cold shower as the geyser was not functional. Henceforth I will stay away from Oyo for all good reasons. Its worth spending more than going through all such things. Not recommended at all. Please stay away from Oyo.

Wish could give 0 rating. The hotel is a big scam. Pls be alert and don't book it. They say the Oyo booking they don't accept which is already paid online. And they ask for 1200 per night plus it's not safe for girls. There are also girls available.There should be enquiry of this hotel.The guys who take care of hotel are not professional very casual behaviour and they were drunk on duty. Nvery low water supply. Bad and torn bedsheets. Mosquito and insects are there.Water bottle with open cap.

Rooms Good. Staff Good. Service good. Food can't say because I have not ordered anything. Affordable in DLF area.
