Excellent facility for stay near Guru Dronacharya Metro. Bed linen is clean and properly placed. Friendly staff and manager. Complimentary break fast is good. Rooms are clean and bsic facility in Rooms are upto the mark.

The hotel location was fine and they were particular about safety and security as they didnt allow visitors in room. But i would like to give 1 rating because of number of reasons - room wasn't clean ..there were cigarette butts on the floor, table was dirty, bedsheets and towel were dirty too - there was lot of disturbance outside - the rooms were so close enough that everytime we felt like someone was knocking at or trying to open our door which made us uncomfortable - windows lock was broken ..so you couldn't close the window. Being girls it was unsafe as well as cold - light system wasn't proper , room had dimm lighting - fridge was there but dirty and not working - locker in wardrobe but not working - tv - setup wasn't there even though they confirmed it would be done earlier - there was no dustbin in the bathroom - no toiletries were provided until asked for a toothpaste. - breakfast we had clearly told we'll need veg breakfast, but they came with omelette and cold tea. Had to send them back asking for another option that was just a toast from their end . That also came after 45 mins - they didnt allow one extra guest(girl) in the room even though we could manage it and informed them we would pay extra amount for the same

I think it was a quick pleasent stay, the staff are very helpful and service oriented, room was very spacious and large and clean, could do better on the breakfast portion size but overall it was good. thank you. Especially Karan who was most helpful from the reception.

Service was good but the room condition was very poor. -Wardrobe was broken -Old towels -Dirty bedsheets -The door locks were also not proper. -They don't have a good working RO water. Just for name sake a RO filter is there which gives unfiltered water. I stayed for 2 week because my company has provided the accomodation 😐

Staff is kind and helpful.the rooms are nicely clean and very comfortable for stay. The food was excellent..beautiful hotel . Stayed here for 2nd time, manager was so helpful throughout my stay , he is very hardworking and professional. Overall good experience.

It was amazing stay, with friendly staff always there to helped, hygiene was maintain throughout staying.||Breakfast was too good and was always serve different different breakfast everyday. Hoping for enjoying facility in future.

Rooms were very small and was having smell of damp. They do not even provide glass or water or any needful thing till u ask them to get it. Even there was no bin available in room. There were mosquitoes in room. The only thing that can be said ok was the behaviour of staff.

Rooms are fine like as per budget inr 1300 its good and balcony was also there in rooms. Staff was friendly and helping. There is one major issue i.e. Mosquitoes in room though hotel staff have provided all out but still it is not enough for these mosquitoes. These are in room, bathroom as well. Located nearby main road and nearby gurudronacharya metro station.
