Hotel Leaf 9

I couldn’t resist myself from writing a review about this hotel mostly because i feel nobody should ever go through an experience like such. My husband and I checked in this hotel seeing the high rating on google and other apps. However it turns out, they might be paying people to write good reviews about them. Because in no way this hotel could even be given a 1 star rating. First of all the untidy situation of the room, washroom, the linen, pillow covers nothing was changed and left as it is by the last occupant. Unfortunately while checking in we failed to check the inside of the bathroom closet and later on we found it was clogged by tissue papers, hair and used ear buds. Few moments walking on the floor barefoot and then the dirt coming off of our feet after washing tells you how clean the rooms are. When we informed this to the staff, their immediate response was that ‘’ you have done it. The house keeping staff came inside the room to check and was extremely rude to us and kept on blaming us saying ‘’don’t lie, we have cleaned the room really well; that we had done it’’. Myself working in a service industry and have travelled many places and stayed in many hotels, got me triggered. The manager dealt the situation as if he doesn’t care. This is by far the worst experience i’ve ever had in my life during a stay. Only good thing to mention: great location. Otherwise: AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!!! SAVE YOUR MONEY!!!

Our stay was an absolute pleasure. I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a comfortable stay. My heartfelt thanks to the entire staff for their hospitality. We will undoubtedly return on our next visit, be it for official or personal vacation

The worst hotel to stay especially for girls. The place is shady the staff is very shady, mean rude. The room i got was not at all clean it had ants all over the bed, the bedsheets and blankets were not even washed and upon asking to clean nobody came in 3 hours. And when the staff they didn’t cleaned it properly and refused to change the bedsheet. Eventually i had to leave the hotel because of this behaviour. Do not book this hotel, they’re paying other people to write good reviews about them.

This is a completely waste of money hotel, the reception staff is rude and doesn't know how to speak, the rooms are dirty and smelly, the chair was broken in the room, there were insects in the bathroom and there were spiders too. There is absolutely no security, if anyone enters the hotel at any time, no one will ask. I will advise you not to stay in this hotel at all.

Hotel was very dirty. I found a spider on my bed, dirty bedsheets, They have not even clean the toilets, their are cigrette ash in the bathroom, door mat was also very dirty, telecom system was dead, I go downstairs 2 floors to order something and mostly I found no one to attend the guest on reception. In breakfast they only provide us puri sabzi with disgusting taste also when I asked for bread butter they provide us raw bread without butter. It is highly unprofessional to find a spider on the bed Worst hotel experience ever I recommend not to book the hotel

Good location, Good people who run this Rajesh, Sohel, Sunil, Good infrastructure but Not well maintained, Cleanliness needs a great improvement. Suggest that guests opts for non breakfast accommodation as the breakfast is not available till 8:30 AM. Sunny needs to hire a consultant to train the staff

Hotel is decent enough. Rooms are clean but service is not upto the mark. Also the place is a but distant and it is difficult to get a Rapido/uber from the place

Leaf9 hotel is a very good budget hotel for stay near Cyber city. Staff members are very cordial and well mannered. Especially Rajesh and Mithun are very helpful. For any need they were just a call away. I recommend leaf 9 for your pleasent stay.
