NillI recently stayed at StepStones Hotels and Inns, and overall, it was a good experience. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, which made my stay pleasant. However, the services were slightly delayed, which could be improved for a better guest experience. Despite this, the staff was polite and accommodating once they attended to my requests. If they work on speeding up their service, it would make the stay even more enjoyable. Still, it’s a solid option for anyone looking for a comfortable and budget-friendly stay.

NillI was incredibly disappointed with my stay at Stepstones Hotels and Inn. Although it’s a new property, it was surprisingly unkempt. The floors looked like they hadn't been cleaned in days, and there was noticeable dust throughout the entire hotel, giving it an uncomfortable, neglected feel. The dining experience was even worse. The food I ordered was presented on a visibly dirty plate, making me question the hygiene standards of the kitchen. The food itself looked unappetizing, and I couldn’t bring myself to eat it. To make matters worse, the hotel was charging triple the MRP for basic items like bottled water, which felt exploitative. Overall, my experience was highly disappointing. I would not recommend Stepstones Hotels and Inn to anyone looking for a clean and comfortable stay. There are plenty of other options with much higher standards in cleanliness and hospitality."

NillThis is my 2nd time experience here and I was not expecting this from stepstone staff. This time they seemed very biased towards us because we booked the hotel from clear trip which was 1000 rupees cheaper than MMT . I guess we all do look for cheaper and better deals while booking the hotel . The netflix was not working, heater stopped in between weh had to call thrice for the same , hair dryer stopped within 5 seconds and when I asked to fix it they said we can't help you with this which was so unprofessional. We have requested them to shift is in any other room as we wanted to watch Netflix they said netflix is not working in any room ( which was a lie because we did ask manager next day about it and he said it's not possible that netflix won't work in any room) . Worst experience and we are very disappointed , will never recommend to anyone. If you have to behave this way with people then don't give deals on different apps. Pathetic

NillI wish if I could have an option to give 0 star to this hotel, Google should consider providing such option for a hotel like Stepstones. First of all, it's not a hotel, calling it a hotel is an insult to the hospitality industry. It's a mess created by a family who is running the show without even proper management and experience. They don't know how to deal with the customers, they have no understanding and the worst, no acknowledgement what the customers are facing. They are utterly unprofessional people without caring for the customers, looks like it's a part time business for them just to show to the world that they have a hotel also. Even if you forget the dingy rooms, uncleaned bathrooms, the worst part is their service and how they treat the customers once you are in their trap after making the payment. Please never never never consider this hotel for any of your requirements, whether you would like to stay or to organize any family function, they are the worst. Trust the experience I went through or go and have your own experience at your own risk and cost !

NillHotel is situated at a good location. The staffs are very well behaved. Mr. Arun and Ms. Brunei from restaurant are very good and polite. I loved the experience at the hotel.

NillStayed here for 10 days loved the experience. Resturant staff are friendly braunie,Khajoor,Ankit all great service. The room servicing happened daily and these staff were excellent Umesh and Geeta. Only issue was the AC with kept going off at nights it's quiet uncomfortable. They have 1 master ac among for 6 Acs all in different rooms. If the master Ac room client keeps the AC on heater all 6 suffer in heat....however you call reception at night they bring the temp lower and make it a bit comfort

NillThe rooms are a bit small, but they're perfectly adequate if you're traveling for office or business purposes. It's not a honeymoon destination, so the size is just fine. The cleanliness is top-notch, and the service is also good. The reception staff are well-trained, supportive, and very welcoming. The food is a bit expensive, as it appears to be from a partnered restaurant. It might be better to order from Swiggy or Zomato for more affordable options. Overall, it's an affordable place to stay.

Mr. Pawan Staff consistently went above and beyond to ensure all our requests were handled promptly and with exceptional professionalism. Their friendly demeanor and attention to detail truly enhanced our stay. Mr. Ajay Kumar, Mr. Ajay Khajoor, showcased remarkable culinary skills, preparing meals that were not only delicious but also catered perfectly to our dietary needs. Their creativity and commitment to quality were evident in every dish served. Both Room service staff and kitchen staff demonstrated a genuine passion for their roles, leaving a lasting impression of excellence. Thank you for making our experience so memorable.
