OM SAI RAM GUEST HOUSE

I stayed at the Om Sai Ram PG, and I must say the owner lacks basic manners and decency. He doesn't know how to talk properly and behaves in a very illiterate manner. If you complain about issues like the AC not working or the gate lock being broken, he simply ignores you. If you persist in following up, he blames you for the problems, accusing you of breaking the items yourself. This person is the cheapest and most unprofessional individual I have ever encountered. His PG is totally unsafe. If you value safety and a clean environment, do not stay here. The food quality is horrible-completely inedible. Especially for girls, I strongly recommend avoiding this place. The owner is extremely greedy, and his pretentious, show-off nature is unbearable. And lot more Avoid stay here everyone

I had a terrible experience staying at this PG in Gurgaon for two months. It felt more like a nightmare than a place to live. Even with my room locked, the electricity kept running. Staff entered my room without telling me multiple times, which was very unsettling. My room had bed bugs and other insects. During the hot summer, there were frequent power cuts, and the backup lasted only 10-15 minutes. The food was the worst I've ever eaten, and the owner didn't seem to care about any of these issues. When I complained, the response was dismissive, despite having paid a big security deposit. On top of that, the owner rents rooms by the hour for all those activities , so you hear noise at all hours. Many positive reviews are likely from friends or paid. If you want a peaceful and safe place, avoid this PG.

pathetic. Don't go to this place Extremely poor service, very low power backup, no safety (they have spare keys), bed bugs and insects everywhere, and your security amount is very hard to recover

Worst hotel i have ever visited and manager behaviour and language so bad. I have to cancel and oyo booking and than have to pay extra money for stay Even oyo customer service too bad they just hold your call on hold and not respond i have to wait for 2 hour.

Pathetic! Rooms are not even cleaned before arrival. We were waiting outside for 40 minutes in our car while they were claiming to clean it. Dirty place, the area was also dirty, it was like some back aly. Manager was also weird. Not a place for people with some standard.
