Hotel Vedanta Gurugram

Worst place.....it is very old property without any renovation or measures taken. Service staffs are very polite. However was informed about Rs1800 price of the room which donot match the quality offered. Lifts buttons are mismatched however trained my mind to press correct button. I was tired and when I asked for other room, I was informed I was provided with best room and rest are more unpleasant rooms. I stayed as I had no option. Rest you can be watchful. Ambience was not right for me.

Awful experience, room wasn't clean(some lady's hair were lying on the floor, washroom wasn't appropriately clean, water logged into the sink whenever used, no wifi connection on third floor, no dustbin provided in the room, and no hand wash or soap was kept in the washroom, when I asked for then they provided the soap

I booked room for 3 day's due to office work. The summary of stay is - 1. Room 1 was very dirty and bathroom was too smelly. 2. I was shifted to room 2 and it has dirty bedsheets which they offer to change before I come back from office. 3. Upon complain they shift me to 3rd room where same problem persist. 4. Plus now they were unable to give me room key s they do not have it. 5. I demanded refund, they first agree to change me for half a day but end up taking 1100 from me. 6. I was on solo trip and do not want to argue with them and paid and leave the hotel. Kindly dont ever book hotel vedanta.. I had booked the hotel for my wedding (rooms+ banquet) but rooms were so dirty. Zero servicing. Sardar vijendra was very rude and didn't cooperated in any arrangements. They are running PG on first 2 floors. So they do not treat the hotel customers properly. Pathetic experience

Rooms are spacious and big enough for families and group of friends. Walkable distance from Rajiv Chowk and Medanta City Hospital. Nicely located off Gurgaon Sohna road and behind Tau Devilal stadium. Close proximity to the hospitals like Artemis, Medanta and Fortis Gurgaon. Just off the Sohna road and Delhi Ajmer and Delhi Jaipur highway. Value for money. The room rates are well within the budget 1500 for standard room and suite room at 3500 rupees

I had a very nice stay at the place. Polite staff and food is the best thing about this hotel.. rooms are spacious and clean!
