Worst hotel ever I used in life Reception people said 1 towel per couple will be given. One soap will be given And when reception people went with us to show the room he uses washroom. We left the hotel without check in incident of 26th Nov

Rooms are good ...but smells a lot Facility should think about it. Location is great, balcony view is also good.... Enough space for CAR parking.

I was in Gurugram and needed a hotel. I chose this property as I found it through Trip Advisor, and I'm glad to say that it was a great choice. The property was great. The staffs were friendly. check-in and check-out were smooth. The rooms were clean and spacious. The location was suitable and budget-friendly!

The maintenance is very bad, the rooms are good by design but very very poor maintenance, no proper service also, the bed was damaged, the blanket was soiled not clean, they didn't even provide proper towels, smelly corridor, no proper WiFi, had a very bad experience. Don't book if you are planning for a good stay, only book if your stay time is less and any other stay isn't available.

However there was some pricing issue with the app and at the hotel, they charged us more than what was on the app but in the end it was worth it because the rooms are amazing, even better if you planning to stay for a long time and explore the city, the room had all the amenities, was clean and smelled fresh.

All negative reviews are because of previous lender of this property. But now this property is way more good and superior than its reviews depict, Dont go negative reviews now. Property is good for its prices. Its in a mall building good place lots of eateries available.
