Vivid Boutique Hotel

Clean and big room with beautiful bathroom. Delicious breakfast and staff behavior also friendly. I had spent 7 nights here. It was amazing experience. ☺👍

We have been coming here since last 7-8 months , spent thousands here but it seems they don't value their premium customers. I do understand they have fixed price for the room , but we have seen giving them room in different price and when we try to negotiate they clearly denied . Last night as well after requesting we have been told that breakfast was included but when we called they clearly denied that you can't get breakfast because it's already 10:58 am and the Breakfast time is over but no one informed us during checkin and they were keep saying that we have informed you before that we were used to get breakfast after 11am as well . Just wanted to say if you are making rules that should be equal for everyone. We loved this place but now have to think before coming here !!!!!!

Overall good however if you are going for a extra bed they’ll only provide extra mattress and it would be damaged and not clean. The towels will smell of chlorine! The rooms and service is good though.

I had booked in this hotel through makemytrip on 5th August ‘24. The room was terrible infested with insects. I immediately called MakeMyTrip to assist. After 20 minutes waiting, roomboy appeared and said he will change to another room. I insisted that manager to come in person, which never happened. We came down and stood outside in the rains with our bags outside in the hotel pavement, still manager never budged. He posed as if he is going to shop crossing the road. Then the operations manager appeared and told me he will give me a suit instead. I told him that the manager should’ve suggested earlier and not after waiting for 1 hour. It was totally terrible experience.
