Super Collection O Satguru House

It's the best stay you'll be getting near Medanta hospital. Be it the cost of stay or the service. Staff is very humble and polite. My experience is that not even 3 star hotels in Gurugram do daily cleaning and washing of floors. But Satguru homes do it. The owner ma'am is very humble and We appreciate her for taking care of all our needs. Just don't expect great food here, you can always Zomato or Swiggy it, they don't have any problem with it.

Very bad experience. Idk if she’s the owner of the property or just a receptionist but clearly she doesn’t have etiquette. She don’t know anything about customer satisfaction, i hope she’ll learn it soon. Room was very dirty, there was a mouse in my room, bad sheets are not clean. When i asked her to change the room she started shouting and said that this is the only room they have and when i asked her to refund me the amount she was like we can’t do that as you have already checked in. She doesn’t know how to talk to people. I’m not writing the whole scenario here as I don’t want anything bad for her. But TBH that girl seriously needs some manners. I hope the best for her. Worst experience ever. 0 STAR kyunki room to secondary part h. Primary to first impression hota h customer k saath Jo ki bahot ganda thaa.. Thanks 🙏

They did not accept online booking. And then charges double than online rates. Worst experience. Rooms were not comfortable at all.

If you are trying to find near Medanta Hospital than its good. But cigarette smell, cleanliness is the issue. Staff is friendly but lazy in response. Rooms are smelly. That's y two star only. Food is pathetically bad. Better order online or purchase from opposite side road of Medanta Hospital.

Room is clean and well maintained. Staff is friendly and approachable. And hotel price is reasonable as well.

Lift r not working fan r also not working No gijer for hot water in room bad service avoid this hotel they also change name new name is paris
