Bloom Hotel - Medicity Gurugram (near Medanta Hospital)

Wonderful service at the bloom hotel. Excellent staff and miss Raveena sharma, was an excellent hostesss and wonderful provider of hospitality. I believe this was my first stay at bloom and my 14 days trip was superb and no discomfort. They also helped me extend my stay and did not inconvenience me at anytime. 5 star is not enough. They didn’t make me feel like I missed home.

First of all the atmosphere of the hotel was vibrant and refreshing. The staff was well mannered. Check in was hassle free. The room was tidy and clean. Bedsheets and towels were fresh. Service was prompt. I would highly recommend staying at this property of bloom. It was 10 times better than the bloom signature tower.

We had chosen this property because of its proximity to Medanta hospital since a family member was admitted there. Very pleasantly surprised with how well appointed the rooms were, the cleanliness, the efficiency of the staff and the quality of food. Would highly recommend it.

The hospitality team was excellent and courteous, delivering top-notch service. The food was outstanding, and housekeeping was commendable.||The welcome arrangement at the lobby, including drinks and snacks, |was a nice touch—enhanced by a guest-friendly, interactive feedback system with internet access.||The digital check-in process was seamless, user-friendly, and maintained a high standard of security.||Lastly, my sincere thanks to the management team: Mr. Visarjan, Ms. Raveena, Mr. Adarsh, and Mr. Chandu, for their exceptional efforts.

Our stay at Bloom Hotel was amazing! The service was lovely . They always ask how we are doing and interesting about our feelings. The room was clean. The shower water was hot all the time. The breakfast wasn’t that good as we expected. They Coffee in the cafeteria (by payment) was much better!
