Townhouse 513 Hotel Skylight Near Medanta Hospital

Had paid for a suite but on reaching there they told me that it’s not available, neither they compensated for the same. Got stuck in the lift and the call button in the lift was not working. I had to call my partner and ask her to call the receptionist and it took them a lot of time to fix it while I was stuck inside. Room doors were made of PVC, so we were hearing a lot of outside noise. Staff service was very poor. I had to call two to three time for a single water bottle every time.

oyo booking was not accepted in hotel. I paid extra amount other than booking then only they provided me room. so Oyo is not reliable please avoid this platform

An overall good experience ruined by the hotel manager. Pros: great service staff. Nice and polite. TV and premise has a working internet connection. The suite overall was large. The premise was clean and had a parking. Cons: the manager is rude and mannerless. No work ethic. Food items such as cold drink and mineral water being sold at a substantial premium over the mrp. Would have surely visited again and given 5 stars had it been a different manager.

Had issues in checking in and had to wait for an hour to get issue of tariff sorted out. Hotel was not accepting the price at which I had got from Oyo. Had to make lot of phone calls to get to the right person who sorted the tariff with Hotel. Otherwise the offer was great and hotel stay comfortable.

Very bad they are goons I booked through oyo at discounted offer but they charged me extra 6000 over and above that without previous knowledge and they humiliatede by saying if u call oyo then we will mor u out..

Don't book rooms by Oyo , just come here direct nd book your room, if you book by Oyo they are not going to give you room they have many excuses to deny your checkin.

The guy at reception in evening and night shift is good Food is fine But don't ever try cold coffee Service is a little slow rest all is good
