Pathetic hotel, smelly and dirtiest rooms and bed sheets and pillows and blankets i have ever seen. They refused to clean it as well, said we have all the blankets and Lenin with stains on them. Towels are so dirty that we can't even use them to clean floor

This is regarding a Oyo review. I've stayed at this hotel so I know for a fact that the hotel is amazing. I tried making a booking through Oyo for this hotel and without informing me of the cancellation due to overbooking. They shifted my booked dates for this hotel to another low grade hotel. I request people to stop making Oyo bookings as they have degraded in their app and services. The customer service don't know their process. They aren't even able to guide the customer in their queries. The supervisors just blame the customers for their issues rather than checking their apps. The Oyo rupee wallet doesn't work so they expect payment to be made rather than using the refund they provide via Oyo rupee. I have had a very very bad experience with Oyo not just once but many times. The only reason I have to use Oyo is to make sure my money in the wallet is used as they are not ready to provide any other mode of refund. It's just one big spam, looting people. For one 2 days booking, I had to run around calling customer care for more than 2 weeks.

Very impressive experience at OYO185. Staff was friendly and good behaviour of employees,food was very delicious. But loundary(Bath Towels) not available at that time. Your Well wisher Amit Bhardwaj

One of the best Oyo hotels i have stayed in. Very professional and decent rooms with all amenities. Food seemed a but overpriced but nonetheless a great business hotel

The Place was located in good connected area, The rooms were spacious and newly built. Everything was good except they don't provide kettle and coffe in room which is basic necessities to have.

OYO can call whatever it wants to but it is nothing more than an unrated hotel. Looks like a new property with all the colors around. Pros: Location Cons: noisy beds, untrained staff, no room, heaters, faulty washroom fittings, tiny television, poor housekeeping service, poor breakfast. Please avoid staying here.

Best oyo I've ever been to till date,good & fast service,polite staff,peacefull locality,nice balconies,very clean,very hygienic,stain free linen,fluffy pillows (just like a 5 star hotel),but the only I've given 3 not 5 stars is because their washroom's floor was very very slippery!

Hotel is good but it's little bit in out area where no shops are there n the hotel is having costly food but rooms are good cleaning should be taken more in consideration breakfast is good
