Udman hotel

I was deeply disappointed and shocked upon arriving at this 4-star hotel, where I had booked a stay in advance, only to be told that I couldn’t check in simply because I am not Indian. The staff behaved in an appalling and disrespectful manner, which only made the blatant discrimination feel even more severe and unethical. This experience left a terrible impression regarding the hotel’s values and management. If you’re looking for a respectful and welcoming experience during your time in India, I strongly recommend reconsidering and finding accommodation where all guests are treated with equality and respect.

I stayed for a weekend 4 days 3 nights. Amazing place. Right on the main road. Still room was quite. Extra star for the room service staff(Anita). Best service you can ask from house keeping. We went nearby for dinner. Ask her to clean the room in the evening. She replied beautiful smile. Once we reached our destination we remember we forgot to pack out luggage so she can clean. On returning we see our luggage nicely arranged on the table. Even the clothes we left here n there. Everything neatly folded n organised. Fresh dental kits. Fresh slippers. Everything clean n taken care with utmost attention by her. Food was also amazing breakfast buffet yum. Only one thing were missing was the cold cut meat. Everything else tastes very good. Staff keeps complete attention to guest needs. Only needs to be worked on parking availablity. They do have a empty plot kind of parking next to hotel. And gaurd does makes rounds. But he also needs to make sure that guest parks properly. Many times saw left out spaces in between. Overall experience awesome.

I had to stay in this property for my official work. Location is great. Room are clean and good. But the behaviour of the staffs are pathetic. Today i had a very bad experience. I went for the breakfast. They stopped me to have the breakfast. They said that- they have to check weather breakfast is included or not. Then only i m even allowed to enter the breakfast area. Even though, i had book my room with breakfast. But still they behaved very bad. Even the room service is very bad. Even to ask dentist kit. I had to call, 4-5 times, then after half hour they use to come.

It was excellent stay and the conference for 6 days Staff was good , the chef Pawan was good And other staff like Manoj , Kunal and deependra really made u feel like a guest Very good service ! Thank u so much

I had a recent stay at this property and I must say that this is one of the best properties to stay in Gurgaon, the manager dhirendra kumar assisted us in many ways and the food was very very good.

Decent place for short stays. Security detail needs to be looked into. No screening on the entrance. Staffs are very polite though., which is their usp.

Excellent rooms and service. Very professional and courteous staff. Special mention of Anita, Dhirendra, Nikhil, Nagendra, and Sitaram who were very kind and supportive all time. Thank you for making my stay comfortable and pleasant.
