Worst experience ever! No hygiene! They don't know the meaning of hospitality. Food here contains hair! If you call room service it will take ages for them to response. Fridge doesn't work, AC doesn't work, they don't even clean the the rooms. This place is no less than a trauma. Please do not ever book your stay here!

I stayed in this room for 9 days. Rooms are good and clean. Very limited option of Breakfast. Wifi was not working. No dining Room available Very unprofessional and untrained staff at reception and no coordination between Staff Team. Always book hotel online only by Treebo App or Treebo Website. Never book just verbal at reception or by phone. At the moment hotel staff will tell room is not booked and will give checkout surprise And they will always ask more charges than Trebo App or Trebo website. This happened with me twice with reception Team. Needs to be corrected.

I had stayed in this property for 2 days (oct 2023), and I would like to bring in notice a few things : 1. The bathroom has a water logging issue....after bath it would take a lot of time for the water to pass 2. The hand wash bottle in the bathroom was empty which was filled once asked 3. The lock of the bathroom door was not working 4.The body lotion provided was having an expiry of 6-7-21 5. The instruction as mentioned in the room door shows the breakfast is available at room/buffet.. however there is no option of buffet..When enquired they said that we planned to have a buffet system but it did not start so far. 6. The Wi-Fi of the hotel was not working 7. There was no housekeeping done for the second day ..which will be done only when requested. They didn't even replace the towels for the second day. 8. The glasses that were provided were not clean as well.

✅Location was good. ✅Facilities seemed fairly good compared to other properties in the area. ✅Breakfast was decent and the cooking staff was supportive with our requests. ✅Deluxe room is spacious and has balcony. ❌ Dirty Bathroom. Also noticed that toilet seat was used after room cleaning. Dirt and Hair found under the sink. ❌ Bed does not have mattress cover just a thin bedsheet. This is not hygienic as many people use the same mattress. ❌Found hair in the sheets. ❌Staff left a dirty cloth in the bathroom after room cleaning. ❌Towel had stains. ❌Staff wasn’t helpful with late check out in spite of staying for 6 days. We just requested a 2 hours extension and they insisted on half day rate payment. ❌Difficult to cancel because they take advance payment and not easy to find another property in the area.

Quiet place well within residential layout. Good, clean, and well maintained rooms with decent facilities. Limited options for food, but food is good. Service is very slow. You need to plan ahead of time for availing services. Around 45-50 minutes from airport at any time of the day. Convenient for On the whole, great value for money.

Great hotel at a reasonable price. Very good location, rooms are tastefully decorated, the staff members are very nice and helpful guys. The owner himself is a very nice gentleman. We stayed with family for 10 days, overall experience was very good. I highly recommend Treebo Trend Amexx Residency to business as well as family travellers.

the service was quite good. Rooms were okay we have booked two rooms both were near to each other which was quite convenient. And the location was also satisfied.

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!! Run away from this property! We left the room 15 min after seeing it. Zero maintenance, tiny and dirty rooms, dirtiest bedsheets with stains and hair from previous guests (we asked them to change the bedsheets and they changed them to dirty bedsheets as well). The hotel is run by a group of men who live in the property itself and have parties in the rooms. However, it's not the worst part yet. The hotel staff are CHEATERS!! We had an option of a free cancellation the booking on booking.com, which we did immediately after seeing the room. The hotel staff tried to charge us a full price for 2 nights. We called booking.com to clarify the issue and they confirmed that our cancellation was free of cost. But the hotel staff was PHYSICALLY STOPPING us from leaving the hotel without payment. We spent there almost 3 hrs for solving the problem. The owner was LITERALLY SHOUTING at us on the phone, even though we had a confirmation email, which stated we had to pay no penny. The receptionist was showing us a FAKE email account saying he hasn't recieved any cancellation, so we had to pay!!! We ended up calling a POLICE, after which we could literally run from the property as fast as we could.
