Charged us higher than the booking.com rate and abruptly cut electricity to our room at the time of checkout. Won't be booking Saltstayz again. Hand Faucet was broken and leaking in the bathroom.

I recently stayed at Saltstayz Horizon and, unfortunately, my experience was far from pleasant. From the moment I entered the room, I was met with a strong smell of cigarette smoke, which was very off-putting. To make matters worse, I encountered a rat almost immediately after arriving—certainly not the welcome anyone would expect. The room itself was in poor condition. The toilet seat was broken, and the fan regulator had no handle, making it impossible to adjust the fan speed. The cushions were torn, and the chain was broken, adding to the overall discomfort of the room. Breakfast was also a disappointment. There was no separate dining area, and the options were extremely limited, which made for an underwhelming start to the day. Overall, my stay at Saltstayz Horizon was extremely disappointing, and I would not recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable or enjoyable hotel experience.

Day reception guy doesn’t do his work properly makes the guest not feel welcome. Cleaning forget towel, when alerted there were no towels available.. Room locks are broken, both balcony and main door

The rooms were okay. The location is a plus. The jet spray was leaking. Even after multiple complaints over the stay for 2 days, no action was taken. The reception and the staff are least bothered with what’s happening. Management should really look into this.

Staff was careless and didn't inform us about the room being filled with rain water. Our luggage was spoiled and laptop was damaged . Neither they took out out luggage nor informed use .Never take the ground floor rooms. Manager knew that rain can cause the ground floor room to be flooded but still they gave us that room. We had to change the room at 1am when we got back .

Rooms are very small and they don't keep any room toiletries and basic stuff !! Ac doesn't work properly like it's automatically on 27+ !! Pathetic Food and yes there's no breakfast menu .. they serve only Parantha+Tea in breakfast 😂 I won't recommend it until Unless you have a very low budget for a night stay.
