The Atara

We arrived from California, and stayed one week. Good location off the busy main roads, but close enough to walk to shops. The staff were great, and provided excellent friendly service. Clean, spacious, quiet room with everything we needed. The food was very good with many choices. We had a fun experience and would definitely stay again.

Hotel Atara sorry to inform you that i get very bad experience during my stay from 10.12.24 to 12.12.24. Following is the observations. Hope you take it positively & get improve. 1.There is no warm water at bathrooms. Even register complaints 3 times. 2. No updating of room cutlery day to day. 3. Very Poor service at restaurant while dinner. 4. I have ordered chicken biryani on 11.12.11.which is look like fired rice with chicken pieces with lots of oil. 4. I have order pepper n salt veg. crispy on 11.12.24.It is totally oily ,burnt & test less. 5. Very delayed service in restaurant for dinner.

The only good reason to stay here would be the location . No towels in the room for two days straight , and when asked why no towels ? Because it hasn’t arrived from laundry . If you are running a hotel , this is basic . Internet connection is bad , it logs you out each time you leave the hotel and then you need a voucher each time to log in. Very inconvenient. At check out time nobody at the reception , waited for 5-10 mins but had to leave as I was getting late and had a flight to catch .I had to leave without my receipt . One of the nights( around 1 am ) , nobody at the reception and the guard is sleeping. It’s a big security risk as anyone can enter . Room size was good, bathrooms were good. However service needs to improve a lot.

Very comfortable stay with excellent service from the staff . Rooms are neat and spacious . Food was also good. Great choice for the price they offer around the area . Came for a work related trip and the hotel was a good pick for the value . Highly recommend.

This hotel is located in a residential area a bit inside and far from the main highway. Nonetheless, for those seeking a decent accommodation option in Gurgaon, The Atara can be considered. With clean rooms, good food, and attentive staff, it offers a comfortable stay. Some upgrades in facilities and ambiance could elevate it to a more memorable experience.

Hmm i booked this place because I liked the pictures and the luxury they claimed they are providing on the hotel booking app. But when I booked the place, the room that was allotted to me was a basic room even though I booked the super deluxe room. I got it changed then and there but the other room was also the same but slightly big in size. I paid for the super deluxe room but I felt like I was robbed of my money and given a basic room. Food options are costly. I mean for 4500/- there are many good hotels in the area. This is kind of misleading and cheating the customers. I wouldn't recommend nor book this place again.

The Atara is a surprisingly excellent hotel in a residential colony. Don’t be deterred by that since it contributes to a peaceful stay. The hotel is temperature controlled and cozy in this cold weather. The Staff is alert and service is impeccable. A special shout out to Manu who is a cheerful, informative & experienced vital member of the Atara team and ensured a week long stay feels like a home away from home. (Pro tip: Ask for him). The chef at Atara is one of the best in the hotel business and the food was excellent. Overall the neat and clean beds at Hotel Atara comes highly recommended as a stay.
