OYO Hotel Golden Leaf

The service at first was slow as no one was responding to the room service calls. But later it got well when we said it to the manager. Rest everything was Perfect...!! The rooms were big. Toilets were clean. You even get a balcony to sit and have your solitude. The price was also affordable. One thing, when you order food online (Zomato, Swiggy, U-Eats) you need to keep the location on the road and not where your GPS is showing, coz if you do so your delivery guy will get the main road location which is behind the hotel. The hotel name is not there on the building instead you need to give him the plot no. which you can ask from the receptionist.

Unprofessional and misbehaving staff.. By mistake I created prepaid booking and when I reached there they denied for room. When I asked to confirm it through their tab they started misbehaving and I had to cancel my booking.. Oyo did not help at all.. more over they charged me 1278 rs.(whole booking amount) for booking cancellation(for not giving me room) which still has not been refunded for more than a week now.. worst staff.. never ever book prepaid in budget stupid hotels like this.. Oyo never help if amount is already paid.. worst service ever..

Property was satisfactory. Waterlogging in area. Mud was present due to construction going on in nearby buildings. Room gates were so hard to close and open due to rainy season as wood got fluffy. Lift stopped working due to rain. Overall it was a bad experience.

Overall not a good hotel. 1. No order comes before 4-5 reminders. 2. Smelly and stained bedsheets and towel. 3. Water flooded in room due to AC. Overall not good for family stay. I have seen good oyo hotels at 800 bucks so this is real pathetic hotel at 1100 bucks.

Fixtures and facility in room were modern, but maintenance was what it lacked. Balcony with a view is an added advantage. Also do try Harish Bakery/sweets/restaurant (walking distance) for your tummy.

Would recommend for a overnight stay. Rooms are small but you get it for like 1200 bucks .. so can't really expect much. The staff is to the point and rooms are clean

Good hotel . Clean and beautiful rooms. One think that i dont like is there is no drinking water and glasses present in room. Btw hotel is great.

Everything is nice and clean...staff are very polite and humble Rooms are clean and hygiene Overall Good
