Staff:- 1. Extremely rude 2. Charged me extra at the premise even though I prepaid booked from oyo. 3. They charge you for everything even water also. Rooms:- 1. Very dirty many cockroaches in the room. 2. Room didn't had any TV and they didn't changed the room even after multiple requests. 3. Bedsheets were dirty. 4. No toiletries provided no dustbin in the room. Rating:- -1/10 Worst hotel experience of my life. will never book in my life again and will not recommend to anyone.

I booked a room through app in which cost was low and when reached hotel they denied and asked for extra charges for booking for which I have to 1000 extra apart from booking cost. Washroom door was broken. Floor was messy looks like cleaning has been not done. Unprofessional and zero co operative staff. TV not working. Lenin also was not in good condition. Overall experience was very pathetic and made me feel like staying at roadside guest house.

Please its a humble request don't buy room at this hotel. I faced a lot. There were cockroaches in their room when i asked to change the room they were behaving rudely and were giving a creepy vibe. Please stay at dharamshala but don't book your room at this hotel. He also not gave the receipt because he was taking more money than what was there on the oyo app. Please call oyo customer care before hand.
