Hotel Gracia Golf by SAAVI Hotel

The hotel had a water issue and at random times in the day there was no water in the bathroom. The bed they provide is not a double bed mattress but rather 2 single beds which is not very comfortable. The service is slow and the food is not good. The hotel also had a very bad smell. The location Is good and the area is very safe. The size of the rooms is really good for the price.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Hotel Gracia during my trip to Gurgaon and I must say, it exceeded all my expectations The room was spacious, impeccably clean, and tastefully decorated, providing a comfortable retreat after a day of exploring the city. The bed was luxuriously soft, ensuring a restful night's sleep, and the amenities provided were top-notch.

Have Good Experience on a week long stay. Food was good as in main course. High Speed Wifi available at every Floor. Well mannered person at front desk + Staff. Faced Power failure for 1-2 hrs on 2 days❗ Tried: _Dal Tadka (4.5🌟) & Tandoori Roti, _Dal Makhni (4.5🌟), Mix Veg.(3🌟) & Lachha paratha (2.5🌟) _Mix Veg(4🌟) & Dal Tadka & Tawa roti _Shahi paneer(3.5🌟) & Tandoori Roti, Lachaa paratha _Dal Tadka another try (4.6🌟) & Tawa Roti(4.5🌟) _Dal Tadka(4.5🌟) & Malai Kofta(3🌟) & Tawa roti. _Honey chilli potato(3🌟) _Cheezy Sandwich (0🌟) Raw _Aloo Paratha with Curd Fine(2.5🌟) _Poha + Curd (4🌟) _Paneer Paratha & Curd(2🌟) _Butter Toast (*not toast*)(0.1🌟) Overall Good...😀

My family booked the hotel for the roka function. Never book this hotel, Worst Hospitality. First, they only had 1 waiter to serve 60 people ( 7-8 waiter were promised at the time of booking). The guests were kept waiting for the food. Their Ice cream run out of the stock in just few minutes of serving. Manager said it got melted. Funny! They don't have waiters and they can't even store the ice cream. The whole situation indicates they are incapable to run this hotel. They were unable to provide us very basic facilities. The whole function was a chaos. We felt so ashamed in front of our guests.

Few rooms are ok ..few needs to be checked if you are going in group.. pls don't give advance without checking all rooms condition wherever you are going to stay . The receptionist Ms Kirti who handles this property is NVR be on her words .. whatever talk you are having with her just have same conversation with her manager .... Because at last moment they just keep adding anything in your bill. Shortage of staff , basic things were also not put in their room ..lift is very bad .the ground floor and top flr needs a lot maintainence. Check rooms before giving the money ... A

Worst hospitality. This is my 2nd visit in this hotel as a guest. My first visit was in February 2021. It's very difficult to find this hotel. At that time food quality and taste was not that good. This time they have improved alot. But services still remains the same Service- 0/5 Hygiene- 0/5 Cleaning- 0/5 The funniest incident was that they had only 2 bottles of cold drinks and they were serving cold drinks only half glass. When my husband asked 1 more glass of cold drink waiter said "Le kar ata hu". Even after 15mins he didn't came with cold drink so we asked the available manager but he responded the same but it never came. As a guest we faced such issues not sure how the host was managing.
