FabHotel Oyster Villa - Hotel in Sushant Lok 1, Gurgaon

Oyster villa is one of the best in this price range. From food to behaviour or receptionist and manager everything was really good. Every room has a mini bar and snacks that’s one more thing that I liked about the property.

This hotel is terrible, never book the room here. They took money at one go and denied refunding to the customer. Took 1 month booking amount and then the account Manager and the staff Manager, denied refunding the amount. Avoid this place at all cost. The room quality is also pathetic, dont go at photos, there are stains on bed, on walls etc. Never ever recommend this place. To give more context, Account Manager first mentions to return key and trust for refunding the money, and next day he after receiving the key he completely changes his views. Then after one week of so much discussion,calls , messages and efforts they refund half the amount and took 17.5k for themselves. We told Fabhotel online and offline rule, but the CEO lady is like you have directly paid me, I will do as I like, this is my place.

Terrible experience, never ever book this property. Starting with the fraud the receptionist, account and the owner tries to do. They charged us money for the whole month and even when we didn't like the property and decided to cancel the whole reservation on the check in day, they didn't refund the money back, Fabhotels rule says, they can deduct the money for only two days in such scenarios but here the owner deducted 50% of the rent on her own wish, they were impolite, arrogant and scamsters. We decided to cancel the reservation on the very same day as once our relatives reached there, they found out that the property is very different from the pics with very low grade maintenance, bed sheets dirty no cleaning nothing. We committed a mistake and want to help you all, never reserve this property. @fabhotels, i am still waiting for my full refund, my experience was terrible with you.

Stayed for 3 days and 2 nights. First of all, this is the 1st hotel which I visited in my entire life with no board, sign or sticker on building. You cannot look at the building and guess that the place is a hotel since, there are no signs whatsoever. Now, moving on to the place: Rooms were decent and spacious. Location is very good. Weirdly enough the water bottles which they gave us were not sealed and when asked the manager said that they filled those bottles themselves with RO water. Overall, this is a decent place to stay and would recommend it if you are getting a good deal.

Rooms where very Spacious, Staff was very Cooperative and helped me with my each small issue very polite, having my experiences of 5 star hotels in past this did meet my expectations for a Seamless stay from a check in to check out , Staff also gave me extra food i required as i was hungry ! They made a moment of magic for me ! Loved this hotel and stay

Great place to stay and party. The manager is very cool and accommodative. The place is exclusive and the pricing is very neat. The staff is very helpful and always glad to assist. It was my first stay in gurgaon after many years and it did feel like home. Very centrally located place.
