Spent about a year with the Royal residence group in multiple properties and about 3-4 months in this property. Very well maintained rooms with high standards of cleanliness and maintenance. Good variety of food. High level of security with reception staff, security guards and CCTV. Prompt housekeeping and laundry services. Overall a very homely experience. There is no competition in the NCR to their quality of serviced apartments.

The rooms are spacious with lots of good amenities like TV, study table, sofas, AC, electric kettle and cupboard as well as a balcony. The food was really good. Overall enjoyed the stay as it was excellent in terms of hygiene as well.

The place is just super cool . It is another branch of Royal Residence. It is newly opened. The employees are very good and helpful. They are friendly and well behaved. The service is just fantastic. Food is really delicious. Hospitality is amazing. You can improve little bit of the service as in communication with guest. Rooms are very nice ,well and tidy. It is a nice guest House. Thank you for the service Royal Residence.

This property is only preferable to one who are in town for Official business. Its a decent place to land up at an affordable price, but if you want to compare it with services provided in a 3/4/5 star hotels and I will stop you there. Please don't. Rest is ok.

Service is good , BUT Air conditioning was not working in Room. They couldn't resolve the issue for the 2nd day as well. No cooling in restaurant in basement. Lift not working.

Lived here for 14days, everyone treated us with so much care and concern,not like hotel staffs but more like a family,from Mr.Joshi to everyone at reception. Also the rooms are great, spacious and clean, and Food was amazing too.
