मेरा होटल में एक बहुत ही बुरा अनुभव – कृपया इसे ज़रूर पढ़ें! आज मैं SK Regency Hotel में ठहरा, जहाँ की सेवा और स्टाफ का व्यवहार बेहद ही घटिया था। मैंने पहले से ही फुल पेमेंट करके यह होटल बुक किया था, जिसमें ब्रेकफास्ट शामिल था। लेकिन जब हमने नाश्ते की माँग की, तो स्टाफ ने हमसे अतिरिक्त पैसे माँगे। इतना ही नहीं, उनकी सर्विस इतनी खराब थी कि शाम को मैंने 5:20 बजे चाय ऑर्डर की थी, और वह चाय मुझे करीब 7:10 बजे मिली। मैंने और मेरी पत्नी ने बार-बार आग्रह किया – “कृपया चाय भिजवा दीजिए” लेकिन उन्होंने एक न सुनी। इनका व्यवहार बहुत ही गंवारू था, जैसे किसी गाँव के बिना ट्रेनिंग वाले लोग काम कर रहे हों। रूम में न तौलिया, न साबुन, न कोई बेसिक सुविधा। बिना बोले सब गायब। मेरा आप सभी से विनम्र निवेदन है कि कभी भी SK Regency Hotel में रुकने की गलती ना करें। यह पूरी तरह से समय, पैसा और मानसिक शांति की बर्बादी है।

My very bad hotel experience – please read it! Today I stayed at SK Regency Hotel, where the service and behavior of the staff was very bad. I had booked this hotel by making full payment in advance, which included breakfast. But when we asked for breakfast, the staff asked us for extra money. Not only this, their service was so bad that I ordered tea at 5:20 in the evening, and that tea was delivered to me at around 7:10. My wife and I repeatedly requested – “please send tea” but they did not listen to me. Their behavior was very rustic, as if untrained people from a village were working. No towel, no soap, no basic facilities in the room. Everything disappeared without a word. My humble request to all of you is never to make the mistake of staying at SK Regency Hotel. It is a complete waste of time, money and mental peace.
