NillUsing abusive language. Asking for more money to stay. Said that i recived less money from Airbnb if you want to stay pay me more money. I used the option pet friendly and mentioned 2 adults and 2 pets. After reaching there he said i can’t allow and ask me to cancle the booking. The host is onwer of building. I wasted my 2 hours there finding the solution but they don’t care. He said me not to disturb him by calling him again. I was travelling from last 20 hours with 2 babies ( my pets). I haven’t get any help from anyone. I wasted my time I wasted my money I got stressed out. Harrsement he abuse me and said i don’t give a shit if you book for pets i don’t care pets are not allowed in my premises. But later on he said pay me extra money i can allow you to keep your pets on roof. I accept the option and he starts being greedy and ask for more money by staying you have go check out at this time other wise may be double amount. This is the reason our country can’t grow because of these fraudster, lair and greedy people

NillDon't ever book this property. I booked this property and just 30 mins before check-in, I got a call who informed me, I can't give rooms, there's some work going on & denied. Also, he said, talk to customer care and ask for refund, we are not answerable. After all this, there's no one at oyo helpline to resolve this issue. I am not going to book any oyo property ever in life. Pathetic customer service.

NillBefore check in , take confirmation Tap , water , bedsheet , is in good condition. They have too much rooms . Hotel management spend lot of money to provide facilities and all but ....what problem with Architect of building and supervisor of hotel .i don't know . May be architect of building have taken * sasta Nasha* during architecturing of building. 😆 Overall experience was good for me

NillThey don’t expect oyo service owner behaviour is so rude and talking to customers unprofessional way. Rooms are not clean my personal view don’t visit here
