OYO Lemon Hotel Near Omaxe Gurgaon Mall

They do not honour online booking through Oyo App. They asked for extra money as per there rate when you reach hotel. They don't care if you paid online its your headache. They need payment on the spot as per their charges. Room are also not clean. Small black ants are roaming around the room, even on your bed. Bedsheet and pillow are very dirty. Worst experince of one night stay over there.

They don't honour online booking. They are part of OYO, but refuses room when customer reaches hotel and instead offer them room at their rates. They don't cancel the OYO online booking, since they want customer to reach them and then they can make their offer to them, at higher rate, very unprofessional. oYO should take action.

Fake hotel,Never book this hotel online through any site. They will not consider your booking while check in by telling that it's not the same hotel you have booked although it's on the same location. Name mentioned on online sites like mmt, oyo is Capitol O Lemon but in actual their name is Lemon Tree Hotel. I don't know who is doing the fraud here, hotel or oyo or any other third party. Please don't consider this fake hotel

Although the hotel is good but it is in the outer of Gurgaon. Auto and taxis charge very prices from here to metro station and there are no places nearby to eat, also it is located in a lonely place to it might not be a good place to stay with family.
