Worst booking experience ever. The staff is rude and impolite. They only have 1 staff member to help you. Booked this place for a party that was supposed to start at 8 and they didn't clean the hall till 7, had to do everything ourselves. They are different at the time of booking and completely different after getting full money. Didn't provide us the basic service of getting our food reheated in a microwave (which was promised earlier). Staff was so lethargic that we had to call for things every 5 minutes and had to wait for 10 mins for each thing. 0 patience/ 0 staff management. The hotel owner promises something else and delivers absolutely nothing promised & before you book they will pick up you call, call you back & talk very nicely, but on the day of your party the owner doesn't even bother to pick the call up. Absolutely no cooperation from the staff.

During my one-month stay, the PG services offered included rent and food at a total of around 32,000 rupees. Unfortunately, the food quality was subpar, and despite requesting an improvement, we were denied without the option of paying extra. Additionally, there were consistent issues with Wi-Fi connectivity and delayed food service. Despite numerous complaints, the situation remained unresolved, with the manager eventually ceasing to respond to our calls. Overall, it was a disappointing experience.

Great service at a very affordable rate. Very polite staff and manager. Clean rooms and aesthetic decor. Lots of beautiful fishes in the aquariums

Good and budget rooms, staffs are very friendly and helpful. Clean rooms and neat toilet. Food can be better in terms of taste. Overall very good for people travelling for work or vacation. Near to metro Rest all very good.

While the hotel’s central location is convenient for exploring the city, the rooms were disappointingly small. If you’re planning a short stay and don’t mind cozy accommodations, it’s a decent option. However, for longer stays or more space, you might want to consider other choices.
