Arise Hotel

The toilet was very untidy, it wasn't washed for decades, when we ask them to Clean they said we have no workers at night, we can't even wash our hands because the washbasin was so filthy, when we get to the bed, we saw hairs in that, they refused to clean it too, the floor was very dirty we can't even step on it barefoot, there were burnt match sticks, cigarettes and oil stains on the floor, they forced us to pay hours before our leaving time the leaving time was 11 am , they charged 200 rs extra for staying 1 hour more, they asked for payment after we had paid them, then we went quite angry and said them to check the register, they found that we have paid they didn't said even sorry to us for such a bad service, please don't book or stay in this hotel if you want yourself healthy

Rooms are very dirty. Washrooms are dirty just like a public toilet...
