OYO Hotel-a-firoza

Hotel manager behavior is not good. I paid extra from the booking charge. I booked this hotel from goibibo in 720 inr but when I went for check In manger said he can't provide the room in same price. So I pay extra money there for room. I have both proof online booked invoice and check out time paid invoice total amount. Breakfast is also include in online booking but there was not facility of breakfast They directly said they can't provide breakfast meal

Old wet bedsheets, cushion cover was torn out, woolen blanket was smelly as if someone smoked before and they didn't wash it , there is no any night bulb in the room, no kitchen in the hotel

worst hotel i have seen in my life.they don't give me room key and when a ask for key then they told we are here so u don't worry about and when we go out they enter in my room don't know why but i think there are no privacy then can do anything when u are not in room like they can put a camera and at the time of chock out the ask for extra money aft'er asking they give my silly excuses like u make my badseet darty like this so plzz go with a good hotel

I booked this hotel online I am not Happy book this hotal. Staff behavior is not good. Very lazy staff.
