OYO Hotel Magnum

One of the best hotels in the area if you are a solo business traveller and want to be in close vicinity of the commercial hub. Very neat, well placed rooms...polite & very helpful staff too. They have another property nearby - Hotel Shubh, which is equally good and at a good location. Parking can be an issue at both places if you have a vehicle, but the staff will help you to park at a safe place.

One of the worst hotel I ever seen the hotel manager denied to give check in And the payment is already made I really don't recommend this hotel to stay the hotel manager behavior is very aggressive I request to oyo to block shuch type of hotel from there collection

It was very poor experience with Oyo. I had my competitive exam in Hisaar on 06th Mar 23. I booked a delux room in Hotel Subh, Hissar @ RS 550. When I reached hotel, receptionist said there is no room available. You can cancel your booking and get your refund. I spoke with Oyo customer support service for atleast 2 hours to get another booking. They booked Hotel magnum at same amount. But when I reached Hotel magnum, I found they are also denying for room. I came to know that if you pay Rs1000 offline then you can get room. They also told Hotels are having bond of RS 1000 per room per night with Oyo, if you book at lesser price they will definitely deny for room. I paid another RS 500 to check in at 11 PM. I will request Please do not book with Oyo if you are going to stay in such type of Small city. Otherwise book on hire price. Oyo ruined my night and exam too.

They didn't given me breakfast. After booking they didn't response. N they didn't given room immediately, and they said they won't give breakfast, room was not cleaned, service is also not good, before giving room they said they won't give room price, after requesting n talking with hotel owner they given me room in the midnight. After arrival at hotel they denied checkin, Please donot go for this hotel, its takes booking online and charges extra for staying. Phone number is also not provided their own. I had to stay awake all night at reception. No resolution could be made for this problem so far, my booking amount got stuck

Dnt Book Online .. When you go for Checking they saying at this low price we are not accepting ... So u have to Pay full and to get your Online Booking refund .. Oyo service is pathetic ... MMT Customer service is Good

They don't accept online booking, waited 2 hours at reception but no solution was provided so I got agreed for cash payment but after entering in room I found room is so small and bedsheets are very dirty, even after 3 bedsheets change I found stains on every one, they prefer offline booking for unmarried couples, not suitable for family or business travelers.

Very small room, dirty bedsheet and bathroom. Bed was of very poor quality, producing sound when just 1 year old baby was playing. Booking date 19-02-2021
